San Benedetto del Tronto and its seafaring tradition are protagonists on the table every day: our cuisine delights our guests every day with the typical fish recipes of the Adriatic, from the local fishing harbour. Besides, the Piceno, our area, is an area of excellent food and wine traditions, from vegetables to meat produced in local farms and chosen directly by Mr Bernardino, the owner of Hotel Domingo, at local markets and prepared by our chef according to the traditional cuisine of the Marches.
Every day, Mrs Silvana, our cook, offers a choice of first and second courses able to satisfy our guests’ tastes and needs with special attention to children and to guests who are intolerant to certain foods and have special dietary needs.
